HISTORY IS MADE TONIGHT!
GOA, SilencerShop, and more convene in Texas tonight to make history with the first non-NFA suppressor transfer since 1934....
This morning, GOA & SilencerShop, along with GOA members Brandon Herrera and Wes Virdell, sent a letter to the DOJ, formally notifying them of our intent to complete the transfers of suppressors without NFA registration.
The deadline for DOJ to respond has now passed.
What that means is that for the first time in 92 years, a formally regulated item will be transferred from dealer to citizen without the onerous restrictions of the NFA.
And for Gun Owners of America members, that protection against the registration requirements extends to you as well.
That's because the court limited our victory to GOA members, and other named plaintiffs in the lawsuit, so if you're not currently a member now is the time to sign up!
